From the description
Nice to Monaco and back — up the Moyenne Corniche, through Èze, into Monaco for
two laps of the Grand Prix streets, then home along the cliffs. Eighty minutes,
no commentary, relaxing music instead of engine noise.
The circuit section is the heart of it: the hairpin under the hotel, the tunnel,
and the run along the harbour past the start-finish straight. We drive it twice.
🏁 THE CIRCUIT
The hairpin is the slowest corner in Formula 1 — cars crawl through it in first
gear at about 50 km/h — and it has been part of the lap since the first Monaco
Grand Prix in 1929. The tunnel is the only one on the F1 calendar. At just over
three kilometres, Monaco is the shortest circuit in the championship.
Recorded 13 September 2026. Shot in 4K at 60fps.
🔤 TURN CAPTIONS ON for the history: why there are three corniche roads and who
built them, the castle above Èze that Louis XIV had destroyed, how the Grimaldis
took the Rock in 1297, and what makes this circuit unlike any other.
