French Riviera to Italy: A 4K Coastal Drive : Relaxing Music

Nice to Sanremo — out of France, along the coast, into Italy. Forty-seven minutes of driving, no commentary, with relaxing music instead of engine noise. This is the first Endless Roads film with a soundtrack. The road east out of Nice spends most of its time inside the hills: tunnel after tunnel, rock cuttings, viaducts, and the Mediterranean showing up on the left whenever the cliffs let it. The signs change to Italian around twenty minutes in, at Ventimiglia. After the border toll come the white limestone cliffs of Liguria, then the long viaducts above the coast. The last fifteen minutes leave the motorway for the old coast road: sea on one side, greenhouses and palm trees on the other, finishing in the streets of Sanremo. Recorded 12 September 2026.
